One Length Scissor Haircut with Internal Texture by Russell Mayes

Russell Mayes takes his haircuts to the salon with his client, Julia. She wanted to shorten her long luxurious hair to something with more movement but didn’t want layers. Russell keeps the shape one length but adds texture to not only the cut base line but also internally to give lots of airy freedom of movement.
