Brent Hardgrave is a master at creating an “experience” for the people he is in front of. His personal triumphs and experiences make him a passionate educator that is dedicated to his craft. He is an accomplished colorist and considered a men’s hair care expert.

There is never a dull moment in Brent’s classes and He teaches real techniques that can be taken back to the salon and used time and time again. It doesn’t matter whether he is behind the chair in Georgia or on stage worldwide Brent says “My primary goal is for my guests and the stylists who come to my classes to ‘Experience the Experience of Experience’. I want them to walk away inspired”.

Biography:

The Hair Industry and Education for Lisa Strack Nagorka wasn’t her goal it was her destiny. It’s amazing where a temporary job to pay the bills in college can lead. Almost 3 decades have past and she is still sharing her passion for the business with fellow hairdressers and her clients.

“Not everyone learns the same. As an educator it is my goal to give stylists a strong foundation that they can interpret on their level.” Lisa hopes that when stylists leave her classes they will take what they learned and put their own spin on it. She has mastered the art of focusing stylists on the task at hand and wants them to appreciate the positive impact that they have on their clients. “We see our clients before every major event in their lives so it is up to us that they ‘Have a great hair day’.

Joe Santy: Artisan

Joe Santy

Biography:

In an industry where men are the minority Joe Santy, Vice President of Education for Dennis Bernard inc., has made his mark. He has worn every hat in the industry since the mid 70’s and his classes reflect that experience. His warmth and sincerity comes across in every class he teaches as he strives to share usable salon techniques and concepts. Joe says, “I want to give stylists the most value for the time they spend in my classes. When you share with others it forces you to raise the bar on yourself. I enjoy the accountability and responsibility that comes with educating and it is truly gratifying to ignite/reignite the passion that hairdressers have for their craft.” His motto to “Under promise and over deliver’ and he does just that! Joe is a true gem in our industry.
