The Standard and Texturizing handles are the same and they can hold the same blades. But they are just a different color. The Detail handle is 1" shorter than the Standard handle and is good for more detailed work as it shortens the distance of the hand to the blade giving more control. It's good for cutting fringe or areas where you want to cut smaller sections of hair.
