We aren’t mind readers. When it comes to knowing what your clients think, feel and experience when they get a service from you, it can be difficult to understand how the client really feels about the service. Why would you want to know this information? So you can evaluate and adjust your own practices. Perhaps you are doing things that repel a client or maybe you are doing some extraordinary things that no other barbers are doing. It’s a great way to get out of your own box and get new ideas for how you give service…and give the best service at that.
