Are you adding perks to your services? Perks are the little things that make the deal. Perks help to retain and make us a little more important to our customers. An example of a perk is an ongoing discount on products you sell as opposed to a discount on the cost of actual service. Or how about walk-ins without waiting (if you have a walk-in type business model). This would be a great way to take better care of customers. Or what about beverages? Providing a simple beverage is a nice little perk that customers really appreciate. Think of other perks you can offer in your shop or salon which makes you just a little more interesting and different than the other shops around you. Ivan Zoot explains.
