I specialize in razor cutting transformations and use my Feather Plier Razor regularly to create soft but structured modern takes on classic shapes. This 68’ Chevy collection was inspired by late 1960s dressy derby. I wanted each style to have a lived in look with natural movement so my Plier Razor was a key tool in creating these various looks. For the bob cut, I used shears to cut the heavy blunt lines that would still have some movement. I then used a Plier in the fringe for soft layering. Each style was styled by setting the hair to dry naturally and finished with a round brush to exaggerate the shape.
