I used the Feather Plier Razor for this look, as well as the Feather Texturizing Styling Razor to build in tons of movement throughout. This is a Classic Long Layering Look; the cut features textured square layers on long hair with curtain bangs. The curtain bangs soften and frame the face, and the overall look is polished but relaxed. This is an updated version of the ever-popular beach wave, just a step down so it feels fresh and effortless. The look is done with a round brush and blow dryer. As a stylist, razor cutting forces me to analyze each section closely before it is cut. I look for lighter and darker areas in each strand to see where you can add texture by either removing weight and/or adding movement. It gives me the ability to have full control of the finish by changing the length of the razor strokes, removing weight as I work, and creating movement.
