I used my Feather Texturizing Styling Razor to create this stunning French bob. I used the razor to carve the bob into a strong line and add soft wispy bangs and texture throughout to create movement. My client wanted more movement and a more rock and roll effect, so I focused on adding graduation so the cut swings forward to create the desired look. We also wanted to emphasize her already stunning eyes and face shape, so the fringe is a pie shape with carved out pieces around the face to highlight her features. I typically love a very dramatic look that has both long and short points for emphasis on my clients. I’ve been using Feather razors for all 24 years of my career. I prefer the Feather Texturizing Styling Razor’s short handle since it allows me to have more control and use my arm, elbow, wrist and hand to create different shapes and softness. Occasionally I use the Feather Plier to get really detailed, but the Styling Razor lets me go significantly faster and still get those details right.
