My finishing move to any haircut is to add definition with the Feather Artist Club DX Wood Razor. As a follow-up tool to trimmers, I use the Artist Club Razor fitted with a Feather Artist Club Professional Blade to enhance precision along the line up, cleaning away any unwanted hairs along the outline. I use this along the forehead, sides and nape of every client. My cleanup technique is unique to me in that I don't actually insert the blade completely into the handle. I insert approximately two-thirds and grip the spine of the razor with my thumb and index finger. Doing this allows more of the blade to be exposed which gives me not only more control, but maximizes the surface space on the blade I have to work with. I've been using a Feather Artist Club Shaving Razor for almost 20 years and no cut is complete without it.
