Order Status - Online

For your convenience, JATAI will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via email after your purchase. You will receive one email immediately after purchase with your order information. You will receive a second email once the order has been shipped. We do not ship over the weekend, so if you placed an order Friday afternoon through the weekend, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.
For you convenience, JATAI will send you an email with the tracking number from either UPS or USPS depending on the shipping selection as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update onto the carrier’s website.
Backorder / Out of Stock
In the event an item your purchase is on backorder or out of stock, we will inform you via email or telephone. If your order contains multiple items we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped items. An expected restock date will be provided if available.
